Coral Student Portfolio has made a phased investment of $60million to a US$200million fund by partnering with overseas family office firm Capital Values Group (CVG).
Coral Student Portfolio will gain exposure to CVG and the international expansion plans into new markets such as Dubai and Dublin where the student accommodation brands are Urbanest and Uninest.

CVG has set up operations in Australia and Central London (UK) with over 2,500 operational beds and 5,000 secured and in development.
CEO of Coral Portfolio, John Kennedy, said: "As the successful UK accommodation model is exported overseas, we are aligning Coral investors with the industry’s most established and experienced operator."

Coral Portfolio was established in 2008 by a group of industry professionals, including John Kennedy and Lawrence Frampton.
