Cooper Parry Wealth, a Nottingham-based wealth management firm, has formed a joint venture with accountancy firm Creaseys to launch a new operation that specializes in providing tax planning services for HNWIs.

Called Creaseys Wealth, the new entity will be based out of offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kent and will deliver services including investment management, tax mitigation, estate planning and risk minimisation for high end earners.
The joint venture will be led by Ben Waite, who has been appointed from Lloyds Private Bank.
Creaseys is planning to recruit further staff to lead the venture.
Waite previously worked as private client advice manager in Lloyds Private Bank client office in central London. Prior to this, he worked with Bank of Scotland Investment Service, specialising in private banking and client relationships.
