Advisory industry consultant Angie Herbers, who founded FourPointe Consulting, has introduced a new online education platform named Beyond U for financial advisers.
The new platform will offer advisers access to live online seminars, videos, tools and templates on leadership, corporate finance, operations, client services, human capital, management, sales and marketing, among other issues.

In addition, the platform will allow advisers conduct a post-seminar assessment as well as download tools and templates. Users will also be able to join networking study groups under the guidance of a Beyond U trainer.
Alex Garcia has been named chief strategist of Beyond U, while Herbers will be the CEO.
