Swiss private bank Julius Baer has appointed Rajesh Manwani as new markets and advisory solutions head for Asia, replacing Luigi Vignola- who has relocated to Switzerland as global head of structured products.
In his new role, Manwani will lead the markets and advisory solutions teams to deliver its clients the best-in-class products and services, the bank said in a statement.

Manwani will be based in Singapore and report to the company’s market head Peter Gerlach, advisory solutions head Philipp Rickenbacher, and regionally to Asia Pacific head Jimmy Lee.
He most recently held the role of managing director at Credit Suisse, where he served as the head of investment solutions & products APAC.
Prior to that, Manwani held senior positions with UBS and Standard Chartered.
