Janney Montgomery Scott, a US-based wealth management firm, has appointed Dan Wantrobski as director of research.
Wantrobski succeeds Andrew Maddaloni, who was appointed as head of equities in April 2017.
Wantrobski has an experience of more than 23 years as a technical analyst and strategist. He previously served as a technical strategist at Janney.
He previously also had stints at Paine Webber, UBS, Fox Pitt Kelton, Bedford Quantitative, and New Albion Partners.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Dan back to Janney in an expanded capacity, where in addition to taking over leadership of the firm’s research department as Director of Research, he will also resume his publishing role as Technical Strategist,” Maddaloni stated.
