UK-headquartered independent fund platform, Cofunds’, managing director of operational services, Stephen Mohan, is exiting the platform to take up a new role within the industry.
Mohan has been with Cofunds since October 2005.

Cofunds says Mohan will leave the business later this year but will stay in the role until a suitable replacement is found.
Cofunds is also bringing institutional and retail sales under the management of director of distribution Andy Coleman and head of business development Mark Hopcroft.
Coleman will be responsible for sales and relationship management across all three of Cofunds’ customer segments – investor, wealth and enterprise – in both the retail and institutional channels.
Hopcroft, currently head of retail business development, will continue to report to Coleman but will now manage the institutional sales and strategic CRM teams.
