Michelle Woodburn has stepped down as Cofunds’ head of fund group relations after six years with the platform.
Woodburn is the latest in a series of high profile departures since L&G acquired Cofunds in March 2013. Cofunds confirmed Woodburn would no longer continue in the current role but declined to comment on the reasons behind her departure.

Woodburn joined Cofunds in 2006 and her role involved overseeing the platform’s relationships with all asset management firms.
Woodburn was previously marketing manager at UBS Global Asset Management, product development manager at Abbey National and product manager at BT Financial Group.
The move follows a number of high profile departures from Cofunds, with chief executive Martin Davis, director of marketing Verona Smith and managing director of operational services Stephen Mohan all leaving this year.
More recently, Cofunds chairman Charlie Eppinger stepped down from the board in May 2013.
