Legal & General-owned platform Cofunds has hired Aviva’s customer experience head Matt Benson as its head of operations, replacing Maggie Morris.
In his new role, Benson will head up the administration teams across both its retail and institutional businesses.

Morris, Cofunds current head of operations will leave the platform at the end of June 2013 after seven years with the firm.
Cofunds chief executive, Chris Last, said: "Matt has the mix of experience, enthusiasm and customer focus to drive through the service developments we have planned for the platform."
