Close Brothers Asset Management (CBAM) has launched a new Close Brothers Family Business Club service to support families in business.

According to CBAM, the new service will provide networking opportunities for family businesses with a programme of regional seminars, conferences and networking events.

Additionally, the service aims to build a community for business owners and their families and offer wealth advice on both personal and business matters.

The Close Brothers Family Business Club will be managed by Penny Lovell, head of private client services at CBAM.

CBAM has also launched a LinkedIn community to allow family businesses to engage with each other and share their experiences.

Commenting on the launch, Lovell said: "Our focus is on families and that’s why it gives us great pleasure to introduce such a unique service as the Family Business Club.
