City of London Group (COLG) CEO and director John Kent is set to step down from the role on 30 April 2016.
"The Board wishes to thank John for his contribution to COLG over the past six years," the investment company said in a statement.

The company has appointed Jason Granite as an executive director with immediate effect.
At present, Granite holds the role of CEO and CIO at FCFM Group, where he is the largest shareholder and oversees its principal investing strategy and fund management division.
Granite, who has an experience of more than 20 years in law, corporate finance, principal investing and investment management, is also a director and CIO at Frenkel Topping Group.
