Citi Private Bank has hired Steve Prostor as new head of sponsor finance for North America.
Prostor will be responsible for overseeing the origination, structuring, underwriting, syndication and portfolio management activities of Citi Private Bank’s global subscription lending business in North America.

In addition, he will continue to work in his current role as head of syndications at Citi Private Bank.
Prostor, who joined the Sponsor Finance group at Citi Private Bank in 2006, was also associated with PNC, HSBC and Citi for 18 years.
