Citi Private Bank has strengthened its private banker team in the UK by hiring James Bashford and Nick Morris.
In his new role, Bashford will report to Giles Thompson, managing director, while Morris will report to Giles Crowe, managing director, Citi Private Bank.

Citi Private Bank UK global market manager Jeremy Knowland said: "Both James and Nick bring extensive knowledge and experience of the UK UHNW and UK resident non-domiciled market.
"They will be pivotal in helping our UK business to continue to grow and to take advantage of the opportunity that our market presents."
Prior to joining Citi, Bashford worked with Morgan Stanley, where he spent nine years as a banker focused on UK UHNW clients, family offices and investment boutiques.
Morris joined Citi from Barclays Private Bank where he worked for eight years building a significant and profitable book of UK resident, domiciled and non-domiciled clients.
