US banking group Citi has named Angel Ng Yin-yee as its new country officer and CEO for Hong Kong and Macau.
Yin-yee will take up the new responsibility on 1 May 2018, with responsibility for designing and executing the business strategy in Hong Kong and Macau and building relationships with various stakeholders.

She will report to Citi Asia Pacific CEO Francisco Aristeguieta. She will also join Citi Asia Pacific’s operating committee.
Yin-yee joined Citi in 1998 and previously held various senior roles at the bank including consumer business manager in Hong Kong.
She formerly also served at Procter & Gamble and China Light and Power in Hong Kong.

Her strong track-record in building winning teams will be instrumental to our continued growth in what is a strategically important and core market to our franchise in Asia,” Aristeguieta noted.
