China CITIC Bank International has launched smartphone and tablet app CITICmobile, which brings customers the bank’s service right at their fingertips.
The CITICmobile app provides access to a number of CNCBI banking services. Aside from balance enquiries, latest promotions, pre-ordering service and branch information, fund transfers and bill payments may also be conducted via CITICmobile at any time from any locations. The CITICmobile app also helps customers with their wealth management and investment needs. Customers may trade Hong Kong securities and make currency-linked deposits via the app, mobilising funds with ease and flexibility.

Customers need only download the CITICmobile app onto their Smartphone or tablets, or do so from m.cncbinternational.com to enjoy the CITICmobile convenience.
Hong Kong securities trading offers and a lucky draw are in the pipeline to commemorate the inception of CITICmobile. From now until 31 December 2013, customers who open a new Hong Kong securities trading account and conduct transactions via the Bank’s i-banking platform, Automated Securities Trading Hotline or CITICmobile may enjoy free trading for the first three months upon account opening.
Meanwhile, from now until 8 November 2013, customers who complete designated services through i-banking platform or CITICmobile will have a chance to enter into a fortnightly lucky draw for a Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE Smartphone and an ultimate draw for credit card free spending credits of up to HK$80,000.
