Cheetah Investment Management has appointed Brian MacDougall as its new business development director with immediate effect.
In his new role, MacDougall will be responsible for driving overseas asset gathering and make the firm’s existing and future Asia centric funds available to a greater number of international institutions with initial focus in US and Europe.

According to Cheetah, he will report to managing director Raymond Wong.
Prior to joining Cheetah, MacDougall served as executive director of Syz & Co. From 2001 to 2004, he held the same function at another fund of fund business where he managed all business development activities.
Commenting on the appointment, Wong said: "It is our ambition to double our assets under management over the next few years, and international development is integral to this.
"With two decades of Asian experience and an in depth knowledge of global institutions, MacDougall will be instrumental in helping us achieve this goal."
