British advisory firm Chase de Vere has set up a specialist unit to serve high-net-worth (HNW) clients and has promoted Darren Pearce to lead the new unit.

FT Adviser quoted Stephen Kavanagh, chief executive of the firm saying that the new service would support Chase de Vere and its professional partners to serve the customers efficiently.

Pearce has been an independent financial advisor at Chase de Vere for 11 years and serves regularly alongside tax professionals and lawyers.

In his new role, Pearce will be responsible to expand relationships nationally for the benefit of the company’s clients.

Kavanagh said: "Pearce has many years of experience in working with other professional services firms on behalf of high net-worth individuals and business owners.

"We believe that by co-ordinating these activities on a national basis, we can provide a better service to our professional partners and to our clients," he further quoted as saying.
