The Cayman Islands has signed a tax information exchange agreement with Belgium.
The agreement was signed between Cayman financial services minister Wayne Panton and Belgian ambassador Godelieve Van den Bergh at the Government Administration building in Grand Cayman.

With this latest deal, Cayman now has TIEA agreements with 35 countries.
The agreement allows for the exchange of information for tax purposes upon request between the two countries.
