Carne Group, the provider of governance solutions to the global fund management industry, has added Wilson-Clarke to its Cayman Islands independent fund director’s team.
Clarke appointment will bring the total number of independent fund directors at Carne’s Cayman Islands office to seven, according to Hedgeweek.

Prior to joining Carne, Clarke most recently worked at Intertrust Fund Services (Cayman) Limited. Earlier to this, she has also worked with Walkers Fund Services (WFS), which was acquired in 2012 by the Intertrust Group, where she was responsible for the growth and development of the fiduciary services team.
Clarke has started her career with Wellington Management Company as vice president and relationship analyst for a number of large mutual fund sponsors, endowments and foundations. In this role, she formulated, reviewed and oversaw the implementation of investment strategies and policies for client portfolios.
Carne currently has 27 independent fund directors serving on fund boards globally.
