Carmignac Gestion has named Keith Ney as sole portfolio manager of its European bond fund, Carmignac Sécurité.
Ney has co-managed the fund since January 2013 with Carlos Galvis, who has stepped down from the co-management of the portfolio.

Galvis will now focus completely on the management of Carmignac Capital Plus, a multi-asset and multi-strategy fund with a low volatility objective.
Ney will also continue to serve as as head of credit within the fixed income team led by Rose Ouahba.
Ney joined Carmignac Gestion nine years ago and has worked as a global equity analyst and portfolio manager across the capital structure in equity and credit.
