Cantor Fitzgerald Wealth Partners has hired Jack Mounts as new managing director and head of recruiting to expand the firm’s advisor force in the US.
Also, the firm has appointed Michael Lonk as new vice president and senior recruiter.

The pair will report to Scott Hotham, executive vice president and head of US private wealth management sales for Cantor Fitzgerald Wealth Partners.
Lonk and Mounts have joined Cantor Fitzgerald from Merrill Lynch. Mounts was most recently director of recruiting for Merrill Lynch in the Southeast, South Atlantic and Pacific West markets. Prior to this, he worked at Prudential Securities in several roles.
Lonk most recently served as a recruiter on behalf of Merrill Lynch. Prior to this, he worked for firms including Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Raymond James Advisors.
