Cantor Fitzgerald, a global financial services firm, has expanded its asset management business with the appointment of Michael Gardner as senior managing director and global head of portfolio solutions.
Gardner will focus on assisting asset owners with monitoring, measuring and managing risk holistically across mandates, geographies and asset classes.

Gardner previously served as global head of J.P. Morgan’s Transition Management Product. Prior to this, he served as manager of trading and operations for Russell Investment’s Transition Management offering.
