Calastone, a global funds transaction network, has named James Colquhoun as new chief financial officer.

Prior to joining Calastone, Colquhoun served as CFO of AOL’s European operations.

He has joined AOL from a video distribution company goviral, where he spent 18 months building the finance division, and was part of the executive team who sold the business to AOL in 2011.

Earlier to this, Colquhoun has held several senior finance roles such as group finance director at Mobile Streams and Cinram.
