American law firm Butler, Snow, O’Mara, Stevens & Cannada (Butler Snow) has expanded internationally by opening a new office in London.
Butler Snow said that its new London will provide US tax advice for high net worth families, their businesses and their advisers.

The office will also focus on cross-border US tax issues, particularly in the interplay between the US and the UK tax systems, the law firm added.
Butler Snow chairman Donald Clark said: "This office will provide an opportunity to better serve existing clients in Europe and Asia, as well as US based clients."
The firm has grown to nearly 250 attorneys representing local, regional, national and international clients from 14 offices and will continue strategic growth in existing markets.
