The company has now expanded its presence in Latin America for Brazilian and international investors, who are looking to either do business or expand their existing business in Mexico.

The new unit will strengthen the firm’s current integrated business platform and the synergies between its global platforms that will give clients with access to investors and investment opportunities in Asia, Europe and the US.
BTG Pactual’s broker dealer shop in Mexico will initially offer investment banking, financial and capital markets advisory services while the firm plans to offer asset and wealth management services at a later stage.
BTG has offices in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, the US, the UK and China.
