British wealth manager Brown Shipley has appointed Andrew Butler-Cassar as the new head of its London office.
Butler-Cassar will assume the newly created position on 8 January 2018 and will report to the firm’s head of private banking, Guy Healey.

He will head the London-based client relationship teams, including business development, the company said.
Butler-Cassar, who has over two decades of experience in financial services industry, spent last three years as head of private office at Investec Wealth & Investment.
He previously also worked as head of corporate development, head of London and senior investment director at Williams de Broe, and senior relationship manager at Lloyds TSB Private Banking.
“Andrew is an experienced senior leader in the wealth management industry with a proven track record for growth, an entrepreneurial spirit and strong strategic development credentials, so I am delighted that he will be joining our team at Brown Shipley,” Healey noted.
