SimCorp said that the automation of the client reporting process will allow Brown Shipley to reduce the manual effort required to generate and validate client reports, thereby increasing operational efficiency and enabling client services teams to spend more time on client-facing engagement than reporting-related administration.
The private bank will use SimCorp’s platform to generate about 10,000 half-yearly client reports.
Brown Shipley head of transformation Matthew Lucas said: "SimCorp Coric enriches our client experience and is also helping to drive significant efficiencies throughout our operation, ultimately improving our ability to be more responsive to our clients."
SimCorp Coric managing director Klaus Andersen said: "We are very proud of the contribution that SimCorp Coric is making in terms of improving operational efficiency and enhancing client service."
