In addition, the team-up will enhance Brooks Macdonald’s centralised investment capability, create a scalable and efficient administration function. Also, it will provide a platform for future innovation.

A part of the collaboration means Brooks Macdonald will consolidate its operations on SS&C technology. Furthermore, Brooks Macdonald will leverage an integrated wealth investment platform to facilitate upgrade to their adviser experience and client service. By 2021, Brooks Macdonald will be on SS&C’s technology and deploy its end-to-end wealth technology stack.

Brooks Macdonald employees will join SS&C as part of the deal.
