At the end of 2011, the group’s discretionary fund under management (FuM) was GBP3.2 billion.

The increase in discretionary FuM has come after the group revealed in March 2012 that three directors had sold 385,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the company.

The three co-founder directors who had sold 3.5% of the company’s shares in issue are; Chris Macdonald who has sold 150,000 shares; Richard Spencer sold 130,000; while Jonathan Gumpel has sold 105,000 shares.

Currently, Macdonald retains a 7.45% stake in the business, Spencer has a 7% holding and Gumpel has 5.9% stake.

The trio still hold in aggregate a total of 20.4% of the shares in issue and have entered into a lock-up agreement following the disposal of shares.
