Brooks Macdonald Group has hired Richard Price as a non-executive director, effective 1 August 2014.
In his new role, Price will serve as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Risk & Compliance Committee.

Prior to joining Brooks Macdonald, Price spent 28 years at KPMG serving a number of roles including the UK head of KPMG’s financial sector transaction services practice.
Chris Knight, chairman of Brooks Macdonald, said: "He has spent much of his career at KPMG involved with clients in the financial services sector and his experience and expertise will be of considerable benefit to the board and to the Brooks Macdonald Group as a whole."
