Brewin Dolphin Holdings has named Kath Cates as new non-executive director to its board.
Cates joined Brewin Dolphin from Standard Chartered Bank, where she served as chief operating officer for wholesale banking.

Prior to this, she held several senior roles at UBS for 12 years including global head of compliance.
Cates, who has 20 years experience in financial services, currently serves as non- executive director and chair of the risk committee for RSA Insurance Group.
