UK wealth manager Brewin Dolphin has named Jonathan Tweedie as new head for its Edinburgh office replacing Marc Wilkinson.
Tweedie, who worked with Brewin for 13 years, has served as divisional director since 2007. He started his career as an officer in the British Army.

Meantime, Wilkinson will take over a new role as regional director for Scotland and the north of England.
The Edinburgh office now has more than 100 staff, including 47 investment managers and financial planners.
Tweedie said: ”My aim is to continue our development to become the leading provider of personalized, discretionary wealth management services in the City."
The group had managed nearly £28bn of funds for more than 100,000 clients, including £22.7bn of discretionary funds.
