Meanwhile, Anthony Tabbinor and Keith Tudor will still be available on a consultancy basis to aid with the handover.
According to BRB, the deal will enable it to consolidate its position as one of Stoke’s largest financial advisers.
BRB director, Tim Walsham, said: "We have been negotiating with Tony and Keith for many months and are delighted the agreement has now been finalized. We are in the process of contacting their clients and Tony and Keith will be working with us in the short-term to ensure the handover is as smooth as possible."
"This takes our funds under management to a total of 120m and makes BRB one of the largest IFA firms in the city," Walsham added.
