BNY Mellon Wealth Management has named James Robertson as new market leader for New Jersey region.
Based in Madison, Robertson will report to Doris Meister, president – U.S. Markets Tri-State.

In his new role, Robertson will be in charge for developing and executing wealth management strategies in New Jersey.
Additionally, Robertson also will manage the daily duties of the New Jersey portfolio managers, wealth directors and bankers while strengthening BNY Mellon’s brand throughout the area.
Previously, Robertson has served many leadership roles at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, most recently as a team leader for seven years in the New York region.
Meister said: "Jim has been with BNY Mellon for 31 years and has demonstrated the expertise and leadership skills to manage teams dedicated to meeting complex client needs, while continuing to build strong relationships with our clients and their key advisors."
