BNY Mellon Wealth Management has appointed Clare McCoy as new wealth director for business development in its Madison, N.J. office.
Based in New Jersey, McCoy will report to managing director Katia Friend who heads sales efforts for the firm’s New York Tri-State region, according to Centraljersey.com.

In his new role, McCoy will be responsible for expanding the firm’s sales and wealth management teams in key US wealth markets.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, McCoy most recently served as a vice president and client advisor at PNC Bank in Monmouth County, N.J. Earlier to this, she also served as a senior vice president in sales with Bank of America (Fleet Bank) in Boston, Mass managing high-net-worth client relationships.
Previously, McCoy has held senior business development and sales management roles at several top wealth management firms.
Additionally, BNY Mellon also hired Anthony Brady as managing director and global head of the business strategy and market solutions group for its Treasury Services business.
