BNP Paribas Wealth Management has hired Prashant Bhayani as new managing director and chief investment officer for Asia.
In his new role, Bhayani will report to Arnaud Tellier, head of investment services, Asia, BNP Paribas Wealth Management.

Based in Singapore, Bhayani will be in charge for developing global asset allocations and investment strategies of the bank’s private clients in Asia in line with the global views of the bank in the various asset classes.
In addition, Bhayani will provide macro investment advice as well as support a broad range of investment research for relationship managers and HNW clients.
Bhayani, who has 25 years of multi-asset class management experience, joined BNP Paribas from J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Singapore, where he worked as a senior global investment specialist.
Prior to this, he served as co-chief investment officer, co-founder, managing partner of Cork Street Capital Advisors and as head portfolio manager for the international growth opportunities and European specialist fund strategies at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in London.
