BNP Paribas has launched its new BNP Paribas Asia Pacific Training & Development Campus in Singapore.
BNP Paribas said that the campus is its first training and talent development facility in the region.

BNP Paribas will train 3,200 employees per annum from Singapore, Asia Pacific and some of its 75 countries worldwide, with a range of programmes specifically designed to cover eight key paths.
According to BNP Paribas, the key paths will include: talent development; leadership and management; individual skills; risk and credit; compliance and regulatory; product and technical proficiencies; diversity and inclusion and corporate culture and citizenship.
Supported by the Government of Singapore, BNP Paribas has invested SGD24 million to restore two conservation buildings which house the BNP Paribas Asia Pacific Campus.
