BNP Paribas Investment Partners has appointed Guy Davies to the newly-created position of director – equities for its Institutional. Business line.
Previously Head of Research for FundQuest Advisor, Guy Davies will assume in his new role responsibility for the firm’s institutional equity teams. He will report to David Kiddie, CEO of the Institutional. Business line and will be based in London.

David Kiddie, CEO of the Institutional. Prior to his role within FundQuest Advisor, Guy was a founding partner and co-chief executive of MM Asset Management Ltd (formerly Attica Asset Management Ltd) which was acquired by IMS in 2005, and by FundQuest in 2008.
He began his career as an Investment Consultant with Mercer Investment Consulting, involved both in manager research and in the provision of consulting advice to trustees of corporate pension schemes. Guy holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Economic History from Bristol University and is an Associate of the UK Society of Investment Professionals (ASIP).
