BNP Paribas Securities Services has appointed Darren Banks as head of its trustee and depositary business in the UK.
Banks has joined from State Street Trustees Ltd (SSTL), where he worked for 12 years.

In his 12 years at State Street, Banks held various roles and was involved in the strategic development of the business arising from regulatory developments in Europe and the UK with integrated responsibility for customer management across SSTL representing more than 20 clients with assets representing circa GBP100 billion (US$155 billion).
