During his tenure, ARP transformed from an alternatives advisory business to an institutional advisory firm with an independent fund research process.

Before that, he had a stint of over four years at American investment banking group Goldman Sachs.

Blu founder and principal Christian Armbruester said: “Nick and I have worked very closely together for more than three years and I am very excited to be adding his pedigree and expertise to the team. He brings with him a wealth of management experience and investment knowledge, particularly in the private lending markets, which will strengthen and broaden our capabilities.

“Foremost, Nick will be running and developing the business, which will allow the other principals to focus on investments and family advisory.”
