The new platform, dubbed Blackmoon Crypto Platform, is based on the ethereum blockchain and enables users to create and manage legally compliant investment funds.

The investment manager said that its platform will investors manage various aspects of funds including technology and infrastructure, legal framework and corporate structuring.
Holding firm Blackmoon Crypto will oversee IT, compliance, licensing, and banks partnerships as well as issues main tokens of the platform.
