Dulany joined BKD’s Houston office in September, bringing more than 12 years of public accounting experience, most of which was spent at an international public accounting firm. Dulany has served energy clients throughout the U.S., Europe, Africa and Asia, and he has substantial experience with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, International Financial Reporting Standards, regulatory reporting and compliance. Most recently, he spent two years in Europe leading audits for the world’s largest integrated oil and gas and oilfield services company.

Dulany is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a 1998 graduate of Houston Baptist University, Texas, with a B.B.A. degree.
