BI-SAM, a Paris-based provider of analytics software for the global asset management industry, has said that it expanding its operations in Asia Pacific region.
As a part of this plan, the bank will expand its team in Hong Kong and Sydney, and will open a new office in Singapore.

BI-SAM CEO, Alexandre Harkous, said: "The APAC region has been a key growth area for BI-SAM; with this expansion we can better serve the growing demand for our market leading performance and attribution platform."
The company has appointed Ian Thompson as executive regional director for the region and will be based in its Hong Kong office.
Thompson has held leadership positions in product management and client services at BI-SAM for more than seven years.
