Bessemer Trust, a US-based wealth and investment management firm, has named Lucelly Duenas as new senior vice president and associate fiduciary counsel.

Based at the firm’s Miami office, Duenas will report to Mark Parthemer, Managing director, senior fiduciary counsel for the Southeast region.

In her new role, Duenas will advise domestic and international ultra-high-net-worth families as they navigate the complexities of wealth.

Also, she will focus on cross border and international matters related to legacy planning, family governance, tax minimization strategies, and the implementation of estate plans.

Duenas joined Bessemer from J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she worked as a wealth advisor advising high and ultra-high-net-worth Latin American families on the strategic planning of their wealth. Prior to this, she worked as an associate at the law firms, Guttenmacher & Bohatch, P.A., and Stephen A. Taylor, P.L.
