Berkshire Bank, a US-based wealth management services provider, has appointed Susan Chamberlain to the newly created role of vice president for private banking in Eastern Massachusetts.

In her new role, Chamberlain will be responsible for managing the growth of private banking in Eastern Massachusetts, providing a level of expertise, advocacy and a complete suite of financial services to the affluent market.
According to Berkshire Bank, Chamberlain will be based out of its new location in Westborough and Burlington.
Prior to joining Berkshire, Chamberlain worked for TD Bank in cash management and retail banking, and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.
