BDO LLP, an international accountancy and business advisory firm, has expanded its financial services group by hiring Steffan Adfeldt as new tax director.
Prior to joining BDO, Adfeldt worked with Barclays, where he managed all tax aspects of treasury matters at group level, including funding, hedging and prudential regulatory reform.

Previously, he also worked within Barclays Investment Banking division (formerly Barclays Capital), advising on the tax aspects of investment banking transactions.
Prior to joining Barclays, he worked as a tax lawyer at Allen & Overy LLP and Baker & McKenzie LLP.
