Canadian independent investment research provider BCA Research has unveiled a new service that will offer investors actionable research and investment recommendations in the emerging markets equity space.

The new service, dubbed EM Equity Sector Strategy (EMES), integrates BCA’s macroeconomic framework with industry expertise, fundamental company analysis, and quantitative modeling to identify insights and actionable investment opportunities applicable to various risk profiles and investor needs.
EMES will offer weekly market updates and in-depth investment cases, analyst access on regular basis, as well as a unique online toolset, the firm said in a statement.
The new service will be headed by Garry Evans as chief strategist. He has an overall experience of three decades in the market, including that of an Asia Pacific strategist.
BCA Research CEO Bashar AL-Rehany said: “While the macro environment for emerging markets remain problematical, valuations in some EM sectors are very attractive and investors need more help than ever to identify bottom-up opportunities among sectors, and stocks, while mitigating downside risks.
