Baring Asset Management has appointed Peter Curry to the role of assistant director for international institutional sales.
Curry will be based in London and report to Andrew Benton, head of international sales and business development.

He will be responsible for maintaining and growing strategic partnerships and initiatives focusing on new client acquisition. Currently the firm manages over £29.3 billion of assets on behalf of its institutional clients globally.
Curry joins from Nomura Asset Management where he was business development director responsible for institutional sales in the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands. Prior to this he was responsible for institutional sales at TT International.
