Barclays Wealth and Investment Management has strengthened its Palm Beach office by appointing Josh Crossman and Ginny Neal as new directors and investment representatives.

Crossman and Neal will report to John Cregan, regional manager for Palm Beach.

In their new role, the pair will be responsible for implementing Barclays’ global wealth management programs.

In addition, they will also deliver sophisticated alternative investment strategies to HNW individuals, foundations, corporations, and not-for-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Barclays, Crossman was most recently vice president at JP Morgan Chase & Co, where he was a senior leader on the Private Bank Ultra HNW Investment Team. Prior to this, he worked as CIO at Frontline Management, a family office. He started his career at Bear, Stearns & Co. in 1995.

Neal also joined Barclays from JP Morgan Chase & Co, where she served as a senior private banker. Prior to this, Neal worked as general counsel for GenSpring Family Offices and started her career at Greenberg Traurig, PA in 1999.
