Their appointments are further evidence of our unrelenting focus on bringing the very best consultants in the market into the Employee Benefits Consulting team and are a reflection of our ambitions and commitment to this space.
"Barclays is the UK’s largest wealth manager and we have an enormous depth of resource and expertise in investment fund research, analysis and in behavioural science. As a wealth manager we understand both the investment and decision making challenges individuals have in accruing wealth – and this means that we are far more attuned to the DC market than those that approach the challenge from an institutional perspective. With a focus on service and superior client relations, Lydia and Jesal will combine their significant experience with the strength and investment expertise of Barclays for the benefit of our corporate clients, their pension schemes and plan participants."
