Barclays has appointed Edward Moldaver as
managing director of its wealth and investment management division
in New York.

Moldaver’s five-person team, which includes
Wayne Chrebet, a former New York Jets player, comes to Barclays
from the global wealth management division of Morgan Stanley Smith
Barney.

Moldaver reports to Mark Stevenson, Barclays’
managing director and regional Manager for New York.

Commenting on the appointments, Mitch Cox, head of wealth
management and Americas for Barclays, said: “We are very pleased to
welcome this talented team of wealth management professionals to
our firm.”

At Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, which he joined in 2008,
Moldaver founded the Moldaver 80 Group, a team of six wealth
management professionals providing investment, brokerage and
banking services to high net worth individuals and families.

Moldaver was ranked in Barron’s 2012 list of America’s Top 100
Financial Advisors, and as Barron’s #1 financial advisor in the New
Jersey list of Top 1000 Advisors 2012: State by State.
